As the temperatures begin to cool and fall settles in, we’re officially bringing the 2026 sealcoating season to a close.

A BIG THANK YOU to all of our residential and commercial customers who trusted Marlett’s Sealcoating to protect and improve their driveways, parking lots, and asphalt this year. We truly appreciate your business and your support!

🚧 Didn’t get your driveway or parking lot sealed this year?
No worries! Winter weather can be tough on asphalt, so now is a great time to take a look at your pavement and make a note of any cracks, fading, or areas that may need attention.

📅 We’ll be back in the spring and will begin scheduling our 2027 sealcoating season as soon as weather and temperatures permit.
